How do credits work?
Every plan includes a credit allowance — Free gets 2,000 credits a month, Pro Monthly 1,00,000 a month, and Pro Yearly 10,00,000 for the year. Each quiz generation and insights report draws on it, and your usage ring shows the percentage you've used. As you near your limit you'll see a gentle heads-up well before anything stops.
When do my credits reset?
Plan credits refresh automatically at the start of each billing cycle — monthly on Free and Pro Monthly, yearly on Pro Yearly — and the ring starts back at 0%.
What's the difference between Pro Monthly and Pro Yearly?
Pro Monthly gives you 1,00,000 credits each month for ₹749/month. Pro Yearly is one upfront payment of ₹5,388 (₹3,600 less than paying monthly for a year) and grants 10,00,000 credits immediately — yours to spend any time across the year, with no monthly ceiling.
What happens if quiz generation fails?
No credits are deducted if generation fails, times out, or encounters an error.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time.
Do unused credits carry over?
Plan credits refresh at the start of each billing cycle and don't roll over. Purchased credit packs are the exception — they never expire.
Do purchased credit packs expire?
Never. Credits you buy stay on your account until you use them — even if your Pro subscription ends.
