Terms of Service

1. Using MyLastop

MyLastop lets you upload study material and generate AI-powered practice quizzes and insights. You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

2. Your Content

You retain ownership of the documents and text you provide, whether by uploading a file or by pasting a link to a PDF. You grant MyLastop a limited licence to process that material solely to provide the service to you — generating quizzes and insights. Your documents are never used to train AI models and are not sold to third parties.

You agree not to upload, or link to, material you don't have the right to use, or content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful. When you paste a PDF link, you confirm you are authorised to access that resource; you must not use the link feature to reach private, internal, or restricted systems.

3. Acceptable Use

• Don't attempt to break, overload, probe, or circumvent the security of the service.
• Don't use the service to generate or distribute unlawful, abusive, or infringing content.
• Don't attempt to access accounts, data, or quizzes that aren't yours.
• Don't resell or commercially redistribute the service without permission.

4. AI-Generated Content

Quizzes, explanations, and insights are generated by AI from your material and may contain errors. MyLastop is a study aid, not a substitute for your own judgement or authoritative sources. Always verify important facts against your original material.

5. Feedback & Submissions

When you submit feedback — a bug report, feature request, or support message — you grant MyLastop the right to use it to operate and improve the service, including to build, prioritise, and ship features, without obligation or compensation to you. Please don't submit confidential information, anything you don't have the right to share, or passwords and other sensitive data. Submissions are stored in our private project-management workspace and handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Accounts & Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your profile. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are being used abusively. On deletion, your account information is removed in line with our Privacy Policy.

7. Service Availability

We work to keep MyLastop available and reliable, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyLastop is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any reliance on AI-generated content.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
