The Free plan is, and always will be, free. There's nothing to refund because there's nothing to pay — you simply enjoy your monthly AI credits, which refresh automatically at the start of every month, along with the core features that come with them.
Monthly Pro gives you 1,000 AI credits every month along with priority generation and other Pro benefits. Because each monthly term is short and unlocks your full credit allotment immediately, monthly payments are generally non-refundable. You're always in control, though:

A yearly commitment is a bigger decision, and sometimes a plan is bought by accident or chosen in haste. For those moments we offer a straightforward early-window refund. A yearly Pro plan is eligible for a refund when all of the following are true:
When these conditions are met, we'll issue a full refund. This early window exists precisely so you can switch to yearly with peace of mind after trying MyLastop on the Free or monthly plan.
Mistakes happen. If you were charged twice for the same subscription, or billed in error, the extra charge is fully refundable — just let us know and we'll put it right promptly.
You should never pay for something that didn't work. If a quiz or insights generation fails, times out, or is interrupted by an error on our side, the credits are automatically returned to your balance — no action needed. Credits are only ever spent on a successful result. If you ever notice a credit that wasn't restored, just contact us and we'll verify it from our end and make it right.
We work hard to keep MyLastop fast and reliable. In the rare event of a prolonged outage or technical issue that genuinely prevents you from using your subscription, we'll make it right in whatever way fits best — for example by restoring lost credits, extending your subscription, or providing a partial or full refund. Just reach out and we'll find a fair resolution.
